Hi there, We saw the one-star review you left—without any explanation or details. After checking, we couldn’t find any record of you ever reaching out, booking a service, or being located anywhere near our training areas here in Florida. It seems this may have stemmed from a social media video where I advocated for my dog, and you simply didn’t like what you saw. That’s your right. But rather than asking for context, starting a conversation, or getting to know who we are and what we actually do—you chose to leave a baseless rating from another state. Here’s the truth: If we didn’t care about dogs, we wouldn’t be partnering with local shelters to provide free lifetime training for adopted dogs. We wouldn’t be giving up our evenings for community events, working with tough cases that others turn away, or providing hands-on support for struggling families just trying to do right by their dog. Your review doesn’t reflect the work we do, the results we’ve helped achieve, or the people we serve every day. But if leaving it made you feel better, that’s fine. At the end of the day, we’ll keep focusing on what matters: the dogs and the families who trust us to help. Thanks for taking the time.
