Incredible. We are stunned at the progress and the amazing changes we've seen in 2 months. We did the hybrid program and are so impressed with the foundation Harley came home with in just two weeks. The subsequent in-home lessons further strengthened the foundation they built with her, but we were amazed at how well TTK9 trained us as owners. The behavior adjustments in ourselves and gently guiding us in how to work with Harley showed very quickly how we could progress at such an incredible speed. What felt impossible and unimaginable has shaped into even more wonderful moments with Harley. We completed our last in-home lesson and cannot wait to join group classes and become even more solid in our training!

I have owned a number of dogs in my life, but our eleven month old mini poodle, Toby, was a different story. He was unable to focus or concentrate during training. Nor was he able to grow out of his teething phase, continually nipping at everyone. I tried to dissipate all of that puppy energy he has by taking him on walks, but he was unable to walk more than a few feet without pulling in different directions, wrapping me up in his leash and constantly jumping up on my leg. Walks were agonizing, took forever, and accomplished nothing. There was a lot of frustration in the house. Toby saw everything as a game. His nipping became more dangerous as he grew stronger and quicker. It was always tense having guests over. Toby is a beautiful dog, very athletic and highly intelligent. But he was also untrainable. I hired Tip Top K-9 and in a few short weeks they solved all of his issues. First, I sat down with a member of the staff and explained all the problems I was having. They listed all my concerns and then we went over them together so that we were in agreement as to what I expected from the training. They had several different plans. I selected an eight-day plan. The trainer, Mercedes, spent five days of back-to-back training sessions at our home. At the end of the fifth day she had Toby trained. On the sixth day she transitioned me into conducting the training. After that I practiced training him on my own. Then there were two more sessions with Mercedes (lessons seven and eight) in which we refined the training. She taught me some additional commands and answered any remaining questions I had. By the eighth , Toby was trained. Prior to training I was unable to walk him because he was out of control. Now he heels and calmly walks at my side. He comes when called and then sits. I can place him wherever I want and he will stay until released. He went from a maverick to a gentleman. He no longer nips at me or family members. He is the dog I wanted. Mercedes was a wonderful teacher. She was very kind and always spoke to Toby in a soft but firm voice. In just five days she turned our problem boy around. She also showed me how to relax him so I could shave his face without having him fight me. She made sure that I had all my questions answered before we concluded training. Tip Top also has a policy that allows me to receive continued training without charge for new issues that might crop up. If you need your dog trained quickly, successfully and without commotion, this is the program for you because it was fast, easy and guaranteed. If you can get Mercedes as a trainer you will be really lucky.
