Tip Top K9

We originally sent our pup to a week-long boot camp, and unfortunately it was not the experience we hoped for. He came back nervous, scared of us, and even started having potty accidents — basically back to square one with potty training. It felt like everything he had learned before boot camp disappeared because he was worried about being “punished.” At that point, I regretted sending him. However, after voicing our concerns, the company reached out and took the time to investigate what happened. They sent Mercedes to work with us directly in our home, and she completely changed the experience. She handled each session carefully, explained everything step by step, and helped build back his confidence. She is truly amazing — the only person I would trust with Marlon. I genuinely appreciate that they listened and tried to make things right. If you’re considering training, my personal recommendation would be to request in-home training with Mercedes where you can supervise the process and be part of the learning.

I took my two dogs to their 2 week board & train and they came back better than ever! Walking them is so much more fun for them & us now. They’re so well behaved. Tiptop also offered an option with “in home” training, so I took advantage of that as well! They can meet you at your house, a park or a place like Lowe’s/Home Depot for training. You can tell they really love their jobs by the way they treat the dogs. I couldn’t be happier!

Luna has been doing so great since completing her training - the improvement in her behavior and responsiveness has been remarkable.
