Timeless K9 Boarding And Training

Another rave review for Jamaal and Timeless K9. Our Yorkie, Louis, was causing stress inside and outside of the home. He would lay on the back of our couch and bark at any living thing, went crazy when the doorbell rang, and worst of all, would lunge at and attempt to attack dogs when outside. We couldn't take him on a walk or in public places without it happening. It was a matter of time before he and/or another dog got hurt or killed. On our first evaluation visit with Jamaal at his facility he identified the problem immediately and politely said it was us. He recognized Louis was actually very insecure and we were not being the leaders he needed us to be, so he was taking matters into his own hands. Jamaal came to our home just a couple of days later and the training began. Louis can now sit, come, drop, stay, place and heel. We have peace in our house and can take him out on walks and into public places. Doing what he needed meant Louis could now show his insecurities, and his fear of other dogs and loud noises/situations became apparent. We then started working on his "environmental confidence." While he's still intimidated, he's much better and trusts us to place him in situations that make him uncomfortable. Jamaal has given us the tools to continue working with him on that. Yesterday his last visit was to help our Yorkiepoo Lucy, who started biting people. He said he spent two days thinking about the best way to approach the problem. That's the kind of person he is. I think he solved the issue in one visit. If we ever think we need a follow-up lesson or brushing up, Jamaal will be the first person we call. We've never been told how well behaved Louis is before, and it's happened several times now that Jamaal has trained us to be the owners Louis deserves.

We have a goldendoodle puppy that was terrified of the car and fought every part of the experience. After a two week board and train at Timeless K9, which included follow up training with us, he jumps in the car and crate on command! Problem solved. Jamaal is a true professional who is passionate about his business and fun to work with. We are fortunate to have this excellent local business in our community.

Just here to add to the literal 100s of 5-star reviews for Jamaal and Timeless K9. My 72lb, 4-year old, Blue Heeler/St Bernard mix was showing increasingly intense reactivity towards dogs and people after getting attacked by another dog. Our entire schedule, habits, walking patterns, etc. all became based around keeping her and others safe. I read the reviews here and after my initial phone call with Jamaal, I knew I found someone who could help her. We did a 1 month board and train and leaving her for a month was infinitely harder on me than on her, but I am SO glad we did. Immediately on her return, I started walking her around a very busy park in our part of Seattle, with dogs, kids, bikes, scooters, wildlife, etc. and she is a completely different dog. She’s able to walk, smell, have fun, swim, etc without any reactivity. I really can’t say enough how thankful I am to have found Jamaal and his team. He truly understands the difference between obedience training and behavioral training and that is absolutely critical for reprogramming/healing a pup. My dog is still her goofy self, but calmer, happier, more confident and more in tune with me. Cannot thank you enough, Jamaal and I cannot recommend Timeless K9 enough either. 🖤

Jamaal has changed my family’s lives and I highly recommend his services! My dog Salem was an anxious, reactive 2 1/2 year old pup with a bite history. His breeder told us her Coltriever pups were bred to be calm dogs, often trained as therapy and service animals. Turns out our therapy pup needed therapy. He is a sweet, loving dog, but his anxiety and insecurities just made our lives so hard. He chased garbage trucks, school buses, attacked the windows/ doors (guarding our home from everyone). We tried medications, training programs and even an animal behaviorist. We still needed help! Relocating to Tacoma, I happened upon Timeless K9 website. We figured a board and train program would help us get moved and Salem could get quality one:one training. Jamaal is wonderful to work with, he kept me up to date with Salem's training and so supportive. Salem came home, and I can finally take my dog for a walk without worrying about the "what ifs". He can let the loud noises, dogs, kids, trucks pass without reacting. Inside the home, he is no longer on guard, listens and responds to commands and finally has recall. I feel safe with Salem now, and he is still the loving dog he has always been. Thank you Jamaal and to your team of incredible trainers. We are so very grateful.

We are thrilled with the results from Timeless K9 Training! Our 11-month-old Mini Australian Shepherd, Tucker, came to Jamal with significant confidence issues, and we are incredibly proud of how far he has come.
