After completion of an evaluation form, our team will meet with you and your dog VIRTUALLY to assess your current relationship in your pet’s environment. This will include a comprehensive ~ 30 minute discussion to gage communication skills, trust, and the health of your pet. By doing so, we can design a training program that is right for everyone in your household. Our state-of-the-art training facility is fitted with the most advanced technology that gives us the ability to meet in-person or via video conferencing. We believe that communication begins with you, and we strive to make this experience as easy and efficient as possible.

We met with Tim within a week of getting our puppy. Him and Mitchell were very responsive, and Tim helped us set a foundation at home so that the week she spent with him, he was able to move forward quickly and effectively. The foundation Tim has taught based on complete positive reinforcement is great. I have 3 other dogs that were trained with e-collar, and although they are older and have been trained for years, and are well behaved when their collars are on....I think it's more out of fear than respect. We look forward to continue working with Mitchell and Tim to continue progress with our dog as she grows.

Helped us adopt our puppy and has been a great resource for training and tips ever since. Nothing bug great things to say, except that maybe our puppy was spoiled a little and now misses the Puppy Palace... :)
