Underwhelmed by our experience here. We brought our Puppy, copper, here for training and boarding for 2 weeks. It is more affordable than other boarding areas in the Billings area but doesn’t provide the cleanliness, calm or enriching atmospheres that others kennels do. Copper came home with large scabs on his legs and extremely dirty (I understand this happens) but the team had no idea this happened. He came back more anxious and with worse habits and I have no idea how much or what they did to “train” him. Leonard is very sweet with I assume great intentions but the communication is severely lacking. They are extremely accommodating on short notice but not someone where that I’d like to bring my dog again. Boarding is expensive and there are other much better kennels at a similar price point.
