Three Dimensional Dog Training

This may be my first ever negative review I have left. At this point, I have given Bradley and the staff more than enough time to help resolve issues I have had. For some insight, I paid for the largest package for 10 sessions in addition to 1 extra for a total of 11. Poor expectations were set, a total lack of communication from Bradley, and the worst part is I explained my situation thoroughly and they still decided this training would work. We ended up having issues, and it became my fault rather than coming up with a solution together. I can't help but feel that I was asked to pay for more sessions and was being taken advantage of. At the end of the day, this company and its trainers are supposed to be professionals. Nothing was handled in a professional manner. Their professional opinion was to continue with sessions and for me to continue paying. Communication was great when I was paying. Once I had issues, trainer was unresponive for weeks. He responded to me 1 month later, and as of now ghosted me for an additional month without a new response to help come up with a resolution.

We started our training with both of my dogs in January. I was nervous they wouldn’t go anywhere because my dogs are pretty old, STUBBORN and extremely reactive. But, after a consultation, I was assured it would just take time. It didn’t take much! With Bradley assigned to helping me and Kenna, I was given great tools to target issues. So many tools that Kenna is now a bonafide service dog and helps me with my disabilities which I never thought she’d be well behaved enough to do. Three D is also just so personable and the consistent support and checking in really makes me feel like part of the “training family”. Kenna had to have surgery and they sent her a little get well card. I cannot recommend Three D enough. They don’t just help with training, they help strengthen the bond and communication between you and your dog and teach you skills you can continue to use. We are unfortunately moving at the end of this year and haven’t been able to get in another session but I wish I could take them with me. Highly recommend!!

I just finished my last (for now) appointment with Bradley. I started seeing the sudden onset of some serious behavior issues with my high energy Border Collie after some environmental changes and injury for him - aggression, extreme reactivity, refusal to obey commands, reclusiveness, etc. I cannot stress what a lifesaver working with him for the past few months has been. He was very thorough in explaining techniques, helping identify root causes, and most importantly, how to correct these unwanted habits and behaviors! Bradley was great at restoring MY confidence as well, which I desperately needed. I never felt pressured to do anything outside of my comfort zone and truly felt each session was tailored to our specific needs. He was always available when I had issues in between sessions and kept in contact between to check on how we were progressing with what we implemented. The overall improvement in my dog's demeanor has been astounding!
