We needed to board our two pups for 9 days and checked out Jerry's Well Heeled Way on the recommendation of a friend. We owe both Jerry and the referring friend our gratitude. If you're passionate about your dog (of course you are) then Jerry is sure to match (or surpass) your passion. We followed the websites recommendation of steps to follow including the pre-visit and introduction of our pets to Jerry just to see whether it was what the website claimed. Well it was and is amazing. On our pre-visit Jerry spent 30 (unpaid minutes) working with my girlfriends dog and his pulling habits. He's been walking without pulling ever since. We loved the place from the start and are very happy with how our experience went from start to finish. The place is organized, clean, and safe for the dogs. We received daily texts of videos of the dogs and updates on how things were going. Obviously the dogs can't talk but aside from missing their people ours seemed to be enjoying themselves and their new friends. I can't say enough about Jerry and his love for animals and the care he gives the dogs in his charge. Will be using WHA for all our future boarding needs.
