Does the school provide a dog for you to use in the class and if they do, do you get to keep it?

You have to acquire two dogs, they do work with a program for Veterans for service dogs that they can provide you with a dog but if you get provided a veteran dog you have to give it back at the end of graduation.

I have a full-time job what are school hours

I attended the school summer 2018 and the hours are 8 to 4 but it will be hard to get your dogs to where they need to be for the requirements needed for they're programs

I wouldnt take my dog there! Just watch a video of a trainer throwing a PUPPY into the water!!!! This place needs to be shut down!

The Tom Rose School is an exceptional school for aspiring dog trainers. You have the ability to gain hands on experience with dogs as well as experience in client interaction. I graduated in 2020 and less than a year later was running a successful dog training business that has grown exponentially since. The programs offered give you a well rounded foundation that you can take in any direction. Could not recommend more!

Attended the school in July of 2020 and had a fantastic time. Hayssam and Tom Rose were amazing instructors with a wealth of knowledge. I wouldn’t be the dog trainer and handler I am today if I hadn’t gone to this school.

The program is demanding, and it requires a significant commitment. If you're not prepared to put in the hard work, this might not be the place for you. However, if you apply yourself, maintain an open mind, and brace yourself for long days, the wealth of experience and knowledge you'll gain here will far surpass what you could achieve through traditional routes over many years.

I graduated from the TRS in May 24’ and couldn’t be happier with the experience I had. If you are not willing to dedicate a lot of time to your studies, don’t go. But if you’re a hard worker and want to be the best dog trainer you can possibly be, go for sure! Yes it is stressful, but I had an amazing time! The instructores care about your success and will guide you through every hardship.

More to follow but from my time here at TRS the staff have been really knowledgeable, patient, and extremely understanding. So far money well spent
