My 10-month old Toy Fox Terrier just completed the 10 day on leash program with Jake and the difference in our walks is amazing, no more pulling, he sits on command, places on command, and lays down on command. He walks next to me with a loose leash. It was so easy to drop him off and pick him up for his daily training sessions. I'm so happy with their training and I highly recommend it to everyone! Jake was wonderful to work with! If he can train a terrier to lay down on a cold floor imagine what he can do for your dog! Thank you again Jake for all you do!
Sent our golden retriever for the 3 week board and train and couldn’t be happier with the results. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for training this is the place to go!

We recently got a 9 month old bulldogge that had only ever been on the breeder’s property until we got him. He’d never been on a leash and he didn’t know any commands. He was sweet, but bringing him into our home turned out to feel stressful for us and for him. We knew we needed help to fast pace his training and I am so thankful that we found Jake at The Spot 4 Dogs. In 3 weeks time we have a completely different dog. He is calmer and more relaxed because he simply doesn’t have to guess at what to do anymore. He responds to the commands Jake taught him and Jake also helped us to understand how to use what our dog now knows to create new commands or to correct other behaviors as we need to in the future. We are able to take our dog with us to restaurants and stores and it is such an enjoyable experience for us and for him. We especially appreciate that Jake offers the opportunity to have two sessions a month for the life of the dog to address any issues that might arise in the future. This will ensure we don’t undo all the amazing things our dog knows now! If you want your dog to become a seamless and enjoyable part of your family then don’t hesitate to have Jake train your pup! You won’t regret it!
