About The Puppy Ladies
Our certified trainers are here to help you with your puppies! Chewing, biting, house training, leash training, we do it all. We have puppy play sessions 4 times a week to help properly socialize puppies. You can start training as early as 8 weeks. Prevent behavior problems from starting! We also will meet with you before you get a puppy or adopt a new dog into your home free of charge. Being prepared can help you and your new friend be successful right from the start. We’re here to help you every step of the way.

Very lovely place, Jean and Suzy have been the best. Our dog has had the best time here and learned all his manners well with great tips and instruction. Very dedicated :)
The Puppy Ladies were awesome. Jean was helpful, supportive and knew all about puppy behavior and how we can prevent behavior issues. She is an expert and her staff was welcoming and knowledgeable too! We started with our puppy at 9 weeks and she is 10 months old now and doing great!

If you are looking for an experienced science-based, pain-free, punishment-free trainer for your puppy in Tallahassee, The Puppy Ladies is the place to go! Jean is a master of her craft and I have learned so much about dog psychology through her classes with two puppies. If you are willing to put in the work for the long haul, Jean will help you set up your puppy for a lifetime of success in navigating the human world. I cannot stress enough the importance of following her protocols. It's not a one-and-done with this type of training. You have to work at it everyday, and it WILL pay off. I have told friends back home in Los Angeles about Jean, and they are paying 10x the amount for animal behaviorists and psychologists for their dogs that have been messed up by the old methods of punishment.
