About The Polished Pooch
Sixteen years ago we developed our Whole Dog Approach to dog training. It is a combination of obedience training, behavior modification, and correct instinctive socialization. We use modern choice-based training methods that are founded on natural canine understanding to seek favoritism or aim to please. We refuse to use training methods that create food dependency or fear based training techniques. They do not create long term training results and simply do not work! If your dog doesn’t love training, then your trainer isn’t doing something right Our dog training school and daycare is located in Collierville but proudly serves the surrounding areas, including Germantown, Arlington, Cordova, Memphis, and Olive Branch.

Very nice, friendly staff, and I always trust them to take care of my dogs.
Meridith is a great listener and knows her stuff. My dog loves going there for day training school and I have seen great results with my rescue dog. Highly recommend.
