I can’t recommend Michelle and The Pet Agency enough! I had worked with several trainers in the past and was starting to feel completely defeated. I have two rescue dogs with very different types of anxiety—one reactive and the other extremely fearful—and nothing seemed to make a lasting difference. Then I found Michelle. She showed me practical, effective techniques that truly changed our lives. My reactive dog, who used to bark and lunge at every dog we passed, is making so much progress and is becoming a more polite dog on walks. And my nervous boy has gained so much confidence thanks to her patient and thoughtful guidance. Michelle is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. She really understands dogs and meets them where they are. I’m beyond grateful for her help!
