Larry is the most amazing attentive pet sitter! I don’t think you will find anyone more dedicated! He always kept me up to date with videos of my girl which I loved to see! He is very interactive with your pup and takes them on 2-3 walks/plays a day! He makes sure your pup gets lots of exercise and attention! I even saw him magically walking 5 dogs on leashes at one time all in sync! He is also a dog trainer and I noticed him incorporating it as well! I can’t say enough good things about Larry’s service! Top notch! I would highly recommend!!

Where to begin? If over 5 stars was an option on Larry’s training methods this would be my choice. I’ve had dogs all my life. After having 2 “perfect” purebred labs that both lived to be 9+ years old I decided after my black Lab Stella passed 3 months later I wanted another dog. I visited the Petsmart shelter for 3 months straight looking for the “perfect” one. Decision day came I narrowed it down between another dog and Lily who I ended up adopting. Lily “was” billed as a Lab mix. Even without a DNA test it is obvious she is a mix of much more and this is so apparent in her personality as well. I found Larry through a friend referral. Sent an email and received a quick reply - what stuck out was his end greeting - thanks for taking a chance on a shelter dog. I thought yeah no doubt what did I get myself in to? We met for a few private sessions at my house and then his place. Lily isn’t the most friendly towards other dogs in fact she is a bully. Larry has worked with her and like he said not all humans get along dogs are the same ! Lily can’t play with everyone but she does interact with his personal dogs well now. Larry’s straight forward “no sugar coat” advice has helped me not just Lily. She is a better dog and improves each day. I appreciate Larry’s ongoing advice and support if I need it. Lily stays with Larry when we are out of town. I sent her to a commercial well known boarding facility, they said she couldn’t get along with ANY dogs. Again Larry proved them wrong. Lily isn’t perfect but she has come so far! So glad my path crossed with a shelter dog named Lily who was returned twice by 2 other people for her “bad behavior and habits even more grateful for Larry’s guidance! He really know his stuff!

I can't recommend Larry highly enough for all of your dog obedience needs. Larry's contact information came to us from another trainer in the area who we also enjoyed working with but was priced a little bit out of our budget. Larry was accommodating with his schedule, and was able to meet us right outside of our apartment complex. I also asked that we all wear face coverings while working outside due to current conditions and he happily obliged without making it into a big deal. Now, getting into the actual work with our dog. We have a 3.5 year old Australian Sheperd that we rescued about a month ago. He is house trained but has a few things we wanted to work on, like leash manners and more consistency on obedience commands. Our dog is a little shy around strangers, and at first our dog was a little scared of Larry but within minutes, Larry was able to call our dog and get him to come. By the end of the session they were besties.You can really tell that Larry loves working with dogs and has such an excellent demeanor (confident/leading/friendly) with them to win them over. To be honest, I thought our dog needed a little more work with training than it turned he actually did after I saw how obedient he was with Larry. In that sense, Larry helped us as owners feel more confident that we're already doing the right things with our training but also helped us think about how to elevate things to the next level. We spent a good chunk of the session even working on other tricks we could teach our dog. We have already put some of Larry's tips to use to good results so far. Honestly, given some of the pricing schemes I have seen to work with other trainers in the area, Larry's services are a downright STEAL for what you will learn in your hour together. Thank you Larry!
