The Orlando Dog Trainer, Steven is THE BEST! My French Bulldog, Poboy, is deaf, dominant, and had severe resource guarding issues—so much that he even injured my husband. I was at my wits end when I found Steven through Bark.com. From the start he was very encouraging, and explained exactly how his Fear Free training could help. After visiting his well-maintained Training Center, I enrolled Poboy in the two-week board and train. Within days, Poboy was loose-leash walking, following commands like focus and auto sit. I received daily video updates, which gave me peace of mind. When I needed to switched to in-home Training, Steven was very understanding. The transformation was immediate— Much calmer, less dominant and our first walk was AWESOME!!. Week by week, Steven taught us how to prevent Poboy’s guarding/dominate behavior and if it does happen how to easily deescalate. He also taught us how to communicate properly with Poboy. I realized the biggest change needed was in us. Thanks to Steven, we have the mindset to lead our dog with confidence. Our home feels peaceful again. Recently, we boarded with Steven and it went great! Given Poboys past behavioral issues, I used to worry about leaving him anywhere—but with Steven, I’m worry free!

Steven is a miracle!!! i have a great Dane mix. I was unable to walk on a leash. He's 16 months old 115 pounds. ( I'm basically the his size ) I was able to make 1 lesson, so far, kahu is being trained as my service dog. But I couldn't walk him. He was ok on my property behind a fence. He needed to be leash trained. I left with a tired pup, but I followed up with what I was told to continue what kahu learned. I can't thank Steven enough, we walked up the block 3 houses n he walked by his doggie friends n he was a gentleman. Then the next walk we went the other way to the short end of the block. I did this with Stevens training tools. A collar n knowledge. No e-collars no harness as a matter of fact I bought just the collar that beeps n vibrates he said we don't need it.. A temp collar n leash. I can't wait for the next walk. I couldn't get off my property, I'd need a tree 🌴 or fence to hold on. Kahu stood up like the black stallion 🐎! It was scary. Now I can't wait to walk my boy ! This was the best money I've ever spent !!!!! I'm eternally grateful I met Steven to train my service dog. I will be back for what kahu needs. Thank you 🙏

I love these people cause they love my girl, Riley. I have used The Orlando Dog Trainer for the last couple years for training, overnight stays, and day care. Everyone is nice and the care is excellent, and they are easy and flexible to work with! Riley loves going there and the peace of mind I get is priceless! I also use them for mobile grooming which is extremely convenient with my busy schedule. Thank you, Jen and Steven!

We Needed to travel out of state when our labradoodle puppy , Basil, was only 4 months old and also needed to find a trainer for some much needed obedience training. He is the most adorable boy but oh my goodness does he have personality. After much research found the Orlando Dog Trainer. Visited their premises before committing to the board and train program and was very impressed with the whole set up. Steven and his wife Jennifer are brilliant.Basil was initially very nervous around other dogs but they reassured me that this would be addressed. Within 24 hours we were watching videos of Basil playing and chasing happily with other dogs but always under their supervision. Within 48 hours of Basil arriving we were seeing him walk perfectly to heel on a loose leash, sit, stay and come. We were absolutely amazed. We received multiple videos each day of Basil in training and also interacting with other dogs . He was always super happy and engaged . The indoor and outdoor facilities here are outstanding. Both Steven and Jennifer are incredible , genuine people. They care deeply about what they do. Their knowledge of dog behavior and training is exceptional. We have continued having Basil trained by Steven and intend to board him again and take his training to a more advanced level. Steven is always on hand to answer questions and make suggestions as we continue this journey with our fur baby. Jennifer grooms Basil and he is always so excited to see her again. Choosing someone to trust with your precious pet is so difficult but we are beyond delighted that we found Steven and Jennifer and cannot recommend them highly enough. Basil also agrees!!!!
