I am the owner of the dog shown in the video that is currently circulating online and resulting in negative reviews of Grant’s business. Our little rescue puppy was afraid of nearly everything—paper blowing in the wind, balls, and especially her leash. Before working with Grant, she would completely freeze and refuse to take a single step whenever we tried to walk her. By the end of our session with Grant, our puppy had relaxed, started having fun in the water, and walked with us for the first time. Seeing her overcome that fear was an incredible moment for our family. We even took her out today without Grant’s guidance and had a wonderful day together at the beach. Grant helped our puppy take an important step toward having the happy, active life she deserves, and we are extremely grateful for his patience, professionalism, and commitment to helping her. I understand that the short video circulating online does not look ideal without the full context. However, Grant remained calm and professional throughout the entire interaction. The claim in the Reddit post that Grant cursed at the woman is not true. Grant never cursed at her and was surprisingly calm throughout the confrontation. Any profanity used during that interaction came from me, not Grant. Fortunately, we recorded the entire session from start to finish.
