If you’re looking to train a malinois or german shepherd, this may be the guy for you. If you don’t, be prepared to be over promised and under delivered. Communication when in his care is minimum to none. The hour “training” session at pick up is about 15 minutes of useful info, and the rest of the time is Corey talking about his work. At drop off, we were promised a list of things that would be worked on. Not to mention the contract provides an overview of items/commands that will occur from that program. Besides our dog walking on a leash correctly, there was almost no benefit. We also didn’t get a clear picture of how our dog did in the two week timeframe he was under Corey’s care. After we picked up our dog, Corey went on vacation for a week and we had scheduling conflicts for the following week to do our follow up. We reached out to Corey 3 times after with no reply so our services were never completed. We were asked to write a review so I guess the last appointment is held hostage until you leave a positive review. Read and make a copy of the contract, don’t rush to take your dog to him if he has an “immediate” opening, and interview numerous people to avoid the same experience we had. We waited over a month for any kind of communication before writing this review. Similar to when our dog was with him, communication ceased. We will and have moved forward with the minimal base that was provided to work with our dog. We are disappointed to say the least.
