FirstBarkIf I would recommend a great dog trainer it would be Ron Martin. He is better than the dog whisperer, He had my dog totally under control within the first 10 minutes after meeting him. He is strict with them but in a very nice, humane way. If you have a problem with dog, he can fix it

I have done the group training classes and we also did a week of training camp/boarding for our two South African Boerboel puppies that Rob has trained with amazing results. We are so happy and highly recommend him. We will continue to use him for continuity of training,

We recently got a rescue GSD who had poor manners. Comet jumped, pulled on the leash, pestered us at dinnertime, barked at other dogs, and mouthed us. After watching a few videos from the K9 Encounter, we decided to spring for the 2-Week Board and Train. Rob was communicative and shared pictures and videos while he had him for 2-weeks. Comet just came home today and he's a new dog. I already feel completely confident taking him out in public places and we still have more training sessions left. He now "stays" on his bed while we eat dinner, walks politely next to us while our family goes on walks, and no longer reacts when he sees other dogs. I would absolutely recommend Rob for anyone looking for a kind, communicative, and smart trainer who knows what he's doing. Looking forwarded to continued training with Rob and his team!

He spent one weekend with Rob and it is like we got a new dog! Rob trained him to ignore other dogs, heel, sit, down and stay in two days! Two days!! We are now going to continue his training with Rob to make him the best dog we can. Rob is communicative and patient. Thank you Rob! We can now enjoy our guy again!
