Dana came and taught us how to train this pup so she would know we were the alpha dogs not her. Explained the use and reasons for a crate. How she should eat with the other dogs, how not to jump, and how to act towards strangers. We followed her rules to the T and now have a wonderful loving member of the family.We highly recommend Dana to anyone having an issue with their furry companion. Was going to get training from her for our puppy, but then my fiancee got COVID so we weren't able to start training when we first had it scheduled. She then said she was going on vacation so we'd have to wait until he was ready for phase two. That was fine, but then once she got back she completely ignored all of my calls and finally when I emailed her she said she was not able to help after not giving me any correspondences for almost a month. Now we have to find another trainer after wasting over a month that could have been used to train him.
