Randy is by far the most awesome person to work with. This is my first experience with a personal dog trainer, and without yet having the opportunity to experience his professional demeanor, his personality immediately drew me in. From the phone call inquiring about his services to our first meeting, he's was kind, patient, understanding, accommodating and friendly. Then you throw in his professionalism, he's the perfect package. He executes thorough communication, sets realistic expectations, provides constructive feedback and follows up on progress; he's even a motivator when it comes to the pet owner's homework, and gives gentle reminders to watch the necessary training videos. I trusted my furbaby with him immediately and it was further reiterated on his return. My furbaby was his same rambunctious self, but with discipline and manners. I could tell Randy took the time to understand my furbaby's personality as well as mine and therefore was successful with his training and mine :o) I look forward to my continued training and hope I can tap into Randy's expertise and guidance to continue my furbaby's progression.
