Trevor, Thank you for your review. While I appreciate your promptness in leaving feedback, it is disappointing that it has taken you months to respond to us regarding the resolution of this matter. Since Quinley's boarding in March, we have reached out to you by phone and email a total of eight times without receiving any communication from you. As a result, late fees have accumulated, and as of yesterday, we sent you a final reminder before escalating this matter to collections. During a recent phone call with my staff, your response was dismissive: "I'm not paying any of those fees. I'll call back." Since that call, we did not hear back from you. However, we noticed that you logged into your account and opted to pay the balance while excluding the fees. In our email this morning, we informed you that we waived the late fees added yesterday, but the remaining fees are still valid and will remain charged. While you mentioned being faced with health issues during our phone call, which I empathize with, this information was not communicated earlier. Had you addressed this during your conversation with my staff, we may have reached a different understanding. Your comments during that call suggested a defensive stance, which prevented us from finding a mutually agreeable resolution.
