My shih tzu kept putting himself in dangerous situations because he would constantly run away and often chased things into the road. He also terrorized his cat siblings and our family’s chickens.
But after two weeks at The Educated Hound, he’s the perfect gentleman!
He now accompanies us on most vacations and always minds his manners perfectly—no more running away or putting himself in danger because he wouldn’t listen!

I had an unbelievably great experience. The owners treated my pup like he was one of their own. I couldn’t believe how well he behaved afterwards. It was like I got a totally new dog! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

Jessie is legit a dog whisperer! She worked miracles with our 2 stubborn huskies, who previously wanted to fight constantly. After their initial training, she’s the ideal place to kennel them because they get a refresher course on everything they’ve learned. If you need help obedience training, I can’t recommend Jessie at The Educated Hound enough!

We took our dog Taco here for only one week and I had no hope for this dog. She is a golden and just very rambunctious. But just after one week we are seeing vast improvements in her ability to listen and obey. This place knows doggos!
