We picked up our dog up after being there for a week of “training”. No one was there when I picked him up to discuss what commands were worked on so we could continue them at home. I was told Rachel would call me later that day but I didn’t hear from her. Our dog also lost his voice, he couldn’t bark or “talk” anymore. I asked NUMEROUS times via emails and texts over the next several days about what may have been the cause of that and no one even had the decency to reply. I would never trust them with my dog again, we are beyond disappointed.

We have been bringing our dogs to The Dogsmith and utilizing Rachel Williams for training our pups for at least 10 years. We truly believe there is no one better in our area that cares for our Gracie like she does. She and her staff truly love all of the dogs and care for them like we would. When we drop our dog off at Rachel‘s, I can relax and enjoy vacation with no guilt in leaving our Gracie behind as I know she is having a great time at Dogsmith with all the other pups and is being well cared for and loved on. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a great trainer and if you need to board your dog. You will not be disappointed and your pup will come home tired and happy!🦮🐾🦴

Rachel and her staff were amazing! We sent our 10 week old puppy to the 2week puppy boarding and training. Best decision ever! He came back well on his way to being completely potty and crate trained! We were given daily pictures and updates and even got to visit him! Training a puppy can be hard.. Rachel made it easy!!

Rachel and her team are true caregivers who treat my puppy like she’s their own. We are thrilled with the training our puppy received and we still have her go there for play dates with the other doggy friend she has made there. We love Rachel and the Dog Smith Palm Beach!
