From the first call with Amber, who explained the program to me, the guided me through the selection process of what class would best fit our needs, to scheduling and selecting our trainer, Alex. Bowen was excited to go train with Alex. He loves Alex!! She made what seemed like a challenging transition of training a stubborn puppy make sense. Alex made sure to go over everything that she worked on with my puppy each day and then explained and taught me as well. We had homework after every class and gave me the tools to set us up for success. The owner, Erika Westfall , is very hands on as well. She is very present and knowledgeable with all of her clients needs as well. That speaks volumes. The team also offers continued support and education. They become a forever source of support and help in the development of your furry family member.

We absolutely loved training our pup Remy with Alex from The Ann Arbor Dog Wizard! Alex was great at bringing enthusiasm to all the training exercises and was great at explaining exercises and behavior. First of all we really appreciated the taxi service where they picked up and dropped off our pup, that made the whole program so much more convenient for our busy family. Alex was our trainer, and she was so kind, professional, and thorough. It seemed like our normally cautious to strangers pup warmed up to her very quickly. Our dogs destructive behaviors stopped relatively quickly, he listens a lot better now, is enjoyable to walk, and I feel like that this has strengthened our bond with him. We are very grateful for Alex and the dog wizard staff! Would highly recommend this company.

Alex came in and based on our specific needs and opportunities created an easy to follow plan that the whole family thrived on.
