Amazing! Seriously, in one word that's the best way to describe Stephanie and my experience with Training Spot.
Dad passed away unexpectedly and I was 1000 miles from home with no one to turn to. I reached out to Training Spot based off a recommendation I saw elsewhere. Stephanie reached out to me and made herself available on extremely short notice for pet sitting for 2 dogs and 2 cats. Rates were reasonable and the animals were well taken care of. She even managed to meet me a day ahead of time to finish paperwork and make ME comfortable with the process.
I will not hesitate to use the services available at Training Spot again. These people care about your pets.

Stephanie is doing a great job helping us to assimilate our new puppy to our household. Our 3yr old Shih Tzu was afraid of the puppy and Stephanie showed us how to ease them into a game that helps them understand each other’s boundaries. Good job!

Stephanie is a wonderful trainer. We were having difficulty getting Pekoe house trained. Stephanie helped us make progress within a couple of weeks. She is clearly gifted in training pups with problems. We highly recommend her for your pup.

Stephanie helped my Mina so very much to be calm and to trust in me. Mina was anxious, nervous and oh so skittish when I rescued her. Today she is happy well adjusted little Schnauzer! Stephanie helped me understand how Mina was thinking and reacting to what was happening and how her life before rescue was still coloring her reactions. I now have the insight to help her not be.so anxious.
Stephanie gave Mina and I such joy in each other and such a wonderful life to share!

My husband John and I both completely agree that Stephanie is just amazing in numerous ways! She is really brilliant in her knowledge of exactly what needs to done to accomplish the goal. She is professional and so very caring. Our daughter drove our new dog Leo from Missouri .. a hundred pound rescue labradoodle who was still a puppy at heart and did what he wanted when he wanted. We were trying to formulate what we needed to do to handle him when we met Stephanie. She is now a family friend and will stay in our and Leo’s lives. Thank you Stephanie!
