The Dog Man - Pro Dog Training

I have a six and a half month old Cane Corso and I knew when I purchased her that I was going to have to get professional training. After researching local trainers, I decided to go with Pat and I am so glad I did. He gives personal one on one training and gives you the owner the confidence that is needed to responsibly own a dog and the ability to handle any situation that you may encounter with having a dog as a pet. I was even able to bring my Corso to work with me this past week without any behavioral issues at all. If you are undecided about dog training, yes you need it and you will not be sorry if you go with Pat The Dog Man.

Pat has been amazing! What a difference since I brought Winston in! I had to bring him because he was becoming aggressive and I could not take him to a “group” class setting. So, having individual class from Pat was perfect. Pat showed me commands and ways to handle Winston to give him the correction he needs with love. He also provided me with collars to correct his behavior issues and showed me other tools to use for him and my other dog (even though I’m not taking the other dog for lessons). Pat truly cares for the well being of my dog. He even checked his teeth!!! Our lives have been simpler and better ever since I took Winston to dog training with Pat. I recommend him 100%. I am so pleased with the results we are enjoying thanks to the hands-on, individualized training Pat provided our mixed-breed pup, Sunny. We adopted her at seven months old from the Lakeland SPCA. She's a sweet, high-energy dog and she has responded so well to Pat's methods. Pat spent time discussing Sunny's routines with us prior to the first session. He also asked about the outcomes we hoped to achieve through training. We were already working through some basics with her, but we weren't seeing the results we needed to deter her penchant for jumping up on people. After the first session, I could already see notable improvement. Hubby and I have devoted time to working with her daily to reinforce what she learned and also to expand her training. By the third session, it was clear Sunny had mastered a number of fundamental commands and her listening and responding skills were strongly improved as well. Sunny is a big, strong girl who also still has plenty of puppy energy. Now I can walk her confidently with zero leash pulling (even when other neighborhood dogs pass by!). Thank you, Pat!
