My dog went into their training program completely healthy and ten days later was 15 pounds lighter and had pneumonia in both lungs. He spent four days in the hospital and at first they were worried he wasn't going to make it. Somewhere along the way, either my dog picked up an illness from another dog there, or was so overworked that he vomited and aspirated and no one noticed. We will not be bringing him back to complete the training with them as we cannot trust them to take good care of our dog. Not only are we out the money we paid for the training and boarding, but the hospital stay cost us $4000. They will never get business from us again and I will be sure to tell people to not take their beloved pets to them.

Was trained when he returned home. Would sit on command, heel, no more pulling on the leash! Stopped begging for food. We were inexperienced dog owners and this made all the difference.

Dan Gentile has trained 5 of my German Shepherds since 1997. Dan is a amazing knowable world renowned trainer & behaviorist. My boy Major (in photo) at 1.5 years old was lunging at my throat, Dan took him in to his training center & did extensive training with him & continued to work with myself & Major for 2- years. Dan Gentile & his staff are the only ones I trust boarding my dog's (dog's he has trained) I trust my boys with Dan before I would trust my own family with them. Photo attached is Major being spoiled at Dan's in a large run with shelter. Thanks to Dan Major became the most loving loyal dog I ever had, sadly to say Major passed away after giving me 11.5 years of love, devotion & loyalty that never would have been possible without Dan Gentile
