The Cultured Canine

I sent my puppy Maverick away for 4 week B&T program with Lucas. Lucas and his team kept me updated along the process of his training, keeping me updated on his progress and what they were working on that week! I recently just got back Maverick and he’s 10x better behaved and now has the fundamentals to be a good family dog. Lucas helped show me what I needed to do to make sure my dog succeeds. I am looking forward to continuing his training!

We adopted a German Shepherd that had some major issues. We started 1 hour private lessons, but after 2 months of having the dog, I knew we needed more help. I thought having experience with raising and training a German Shepherd from a puppy I could train a damaged dog. The board and train was exactly what he needed. All the negative behaviors have been mitigated significantly or eliminated altogether. The E-collar training is also a tremendous help. I would not have considered it in the past. Crating was something else I had never done in the past either, but professionals usually know better. Those tools are a tremendous help in making Randy the best dog he can be. The best thing is the honesty of the expectations. They were totally up front about what we could expect from my dog, and what is expected of us to keep his training on track. When we got Randy back he met or exceeded the expectations that were communicated to us in the beginning. Randy is now in a very manageable state that allows his true personality to shine through all the time instead of sporadically. I would recommend the Cultured Canine for any dog training needs.

After my GSP but my wife and myself after we already did training at another training facility (not gonna name any names), we contact Lucas and the Cultured Canine. What drew me in right away was their responsiveness and the fact that Lucas wanted to actually meet myself and my dog prior to accepting any money. I have learned the hard and expensive way that all dog training is NOT the same. The Cultured Canine is top notch company with multiple great trainers that not only set your dog up for success, but also yourself as a handler. Since my GSP did her 5 week board and train, we’ve had no biting accidents and her aggressiveness to other dogs has greatly subsided and her day to day manners have greatly improved. Because of these results, I also started training my Great Dane rescue with CC and will soon be starting training a third dog with them. I wouldn’t recommend any other dog trainer other than the CC

My Fiance and I sent our 3 year old dog Milo to the Cultured Canine for a 5 week board and train. Prior to him going, we felt relatively hopeless. His behavior was out of control, he was fearful of everything and incredibly reactive to both people and other dogs. I was the only person that could handle him outside of the home, as he would pull and disrespect my Fiance. Today, she is able to walk him without any problems and he listens to her better than he ever has. To say we were blown away by the results is an understatement. Lucas and Megan truly are professionals. Milo now listens to his commands and is so much calmer than he was just a few weeks ago. They spent as much time as they needed upon dropping him off to make sure we were set up for success. They were happy to answer any and all of our questions. We cannot thank Lucas, Megan, and the rest of the Cultured Canine team for the work they do. They go above and beyond and truly care.
