We enrolled our puppy for the 8-week training class (4 Zoom and 4 in-person) excited to work with her and learn how we should be improving in our consistency with her. We were very worried because our puppy had developed a hot spot on her back and we wanted to make sure we were doing what we could to engage her. We were prompted by word-of-mouth and the good reviews to choose Coventry. Our very first class brought disappointment. Honestly, the content is excellent but we did not click with our instructor. Email communication in the beginning was good with reviews and videos, and then communication stopped. Our efforts with our instructor did not yield desired results. When I first wrote this review i gave much more detail about our situation. I no longer feel this is necessary. I heard from Liz very quickly following my review and she heard my concerns. We will be retaking the course with a different instructor in the next couple of months. I wanted this review, which originally was a 2-star, to reflect their willingness and determined effort to make things right for us. Thank you very much. Postscript: Our makeup classes were excellent! We really enjoyed taking her to class knowing that we were all learning valuable skills. Thank you again, Coventry, for making this such a positive experience!

Was there for dog training orientation. Staff very friendly, facility large and clean. Look forward to up coming classes. 12/21/22 Our experience with Marley our mini poodle was fantastic so we're back with Mella our new 7 month old mini golden doodle for beginners class. She's a puppy mill rescue and still a little skittish. She did well with sit, stay and tap. Looking forward to our next class. 3/22/23 Mella is doing well in Loose Leash training. She's good with stay and wait from a distance and is a champ at heel. Last heel exercise we dropped her leash and she stayed right beside my wife through the "cone weave". Still a little skittish around people she doesn't know but loves all dogs.

I've been bringing my golden retriever puppy here for the last 2 months for puppy camp and doing the kindergarten classes on the weekends. I'm beyond satisfied! Coventry has a puppy-focused daycare program where they match the pups up with compatible ages, temperaments, etc. The groups are small and the pups have so much fun! We get daily report cards, see photos on the facebook page, the staff all get to know the pup's personalities and names, pickup and dropoff is super easy, and my puppy is so excited every time we get there. Highly recommended!!!
