If you are looking into getting your new puppy or your best friend you’ve had for years trained I can’t recommend more highly the training provided here. If you have any doubts about is it worth the initial price I can promise you that you won’t look back with regret. On a daily basis my wife and I are complimented on the behavior of our large Rhodesian Ridgeback. Every single time I tell them they can have it too, all you have to do is call Off leash K9 in Homewood.

So I feel like my $900+ was well spent? Absolutely! Was Justin an excellent trainer? 100% Yes! Was Zoe an excellent trainer? 100% Yes! The other guy, not so much. And here we come to the part of the review where we lose stars. Through 1 puppy class and 2 obedience classes, I had 3 trainers. One of them was arrogant and kept pushing Board and Train, which is crazy money if you've already paid for other classes. Seriously, this guy kept telling me my dog was lazy and wasn't motivated to learn and I NEEDED board and train. Justin, on the other hand, trained tf out of my dog. My dog is really well behaved and has manners because of Justin. Also, I "forfeited" a class because we were admitted into the hospital, in another state, the day off the class, so we missed the 48 hr notice and only gave 24hr notice. They never asked for discharge papers to prove admission or anything. The last on the phone just said "they'll let you know at the next class". Justin had no idea what i was taking about. See, you can't just correspond with your trainer. You have to call and leave a message, wait a day, and then wait for a message to be relayed. Communication is solely with one phone number, which makes things cumbersome. Pro's: They can train dogs very well Price/Value is spot on Con's: You might get the guy who begs you to buy the really exspensive package You might not get consistency by having multiple trainers Communication could be more efficient

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed using Off Leash for our pup. Our trainers were able to explain their style of training, how to train at home, and were prepared for any questions we asked. It is well worth the money and we highly recommend them to anyone who asks. Our pup is now well behaved around other people and does not require a leash when playing in our fence-less yard. 10/10 would recommend!
