The Complete Canine

Complete canine is definitely the place to take your dog if looking at training options! Jen and Jeremy are excellent trainers and are so helpful. My dog, LOVED Jen from the moment we saw her and she listens to her so well. They are flexible of you can't make a training session. They also offer puppy play time and dog walk sessions- so incredibly helpful if you have a new puppy! Definitely recommend taking your dog here!

I gotta say I’m pretty disappointed in my experience. I paid for 6 classes and the classes were not advanced. There was a 4 month old puppy in the class and the classes were largely unproductive. So, after two classes I asked to do the therapy dog classes instead. I wasn’t able to make the time slots because of my work schedule and I have reached out a few times to leave messages about what to do and no one has gotten back to me. They wouldn’t refund the classes, and so I am out money I paid over a year ago with no follow through. We also withdrew from our class after we heard the trainer, who I won’t name, talking badly about me and my dog using an e collar (which we learned through another trainer) when she thought I was outside but I was around the corner. This review is long overdue and I have given up getting my money back, but it is disappointing given all the good reviews. I definitely expected more.
