I've had several dogs over the years, but this is the first time I've sought help from a professional trainer for my new rescue pup Max. Working with Kelsey opened my eyes to just how valuable expert guidance can be in training. She's fantastic, and my pup absolutely adores her. I enrolled in the one-week intensive in-home training, and was blown away by how much my little guy learned in such a short time. I plan to continue working with Kelsey and highly recommend her services to anyone looking to have a well-behaved dog. UPDATE - A year later, I can confidently say my opinion hasn't changed. Max continues to be a wonderful companion, and the training foundation Kelsey helped us build has made all the difference. Looking back, I cannot imagine raising a dog without professional training, especially a rescue dog. Kelsey is not only an exceptional trainer, but also a dedicated volunteer with POSO Dog Rescue. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine commitment to helping dogs and their families succeed are evident in everything she does. As she often reminds me, "Walking your dog should not be an arm workout!" Thanks to Kelsey's guidance, walks with Max are enjoyable, stress-free, and a highlight of our day. I continue to recommend her to every dog lover I meet. A trained dog is a safer, happier dog, and Kelsey has been an invaluable part of Max's success story. 🐾❤️

Kelsey was amazing (and not only because we share a great name)! My dog Frankie has a strong prey drive and low treat motivation when she's in prey mode. Kelsey was able to train my sweet gal so that she knows how to be responsive in spite of that drive. She can still sniff and watch, but I now trust that she will respond when called. Kelsey also does a great job documenting the training process, which will help me ensure I'm reenforcing good practices. I'm really excited about what this means for our off leash trail running and other mountain adventures this summer! Thanks so much, Kelsey!!!

I have had 3 dog trainers in the past and kelsey has by far been my (and willows!) favorite. I noticed many dog trainers prefer to train larger breeds, but kelsey showed so much love and patience for willow even with all of her craziness and puppy energy as a 2 year old. Willow looked forward to seeing kelsey every day and it was so nice that she did all the tedious parts of training and gave her back to me at the end of the week with a fully trained dog! I felt like a got a brand new dog but with the same personality breed at willow😂 Willow also seems so much happier after the trainer because i dont have to correct her or tell her “no” to things anymore. Working with kelsey has been the best decision and investment and i hope to have more future training sessions with her seeing how much willow enjoyed it!

My pup Blue has gone through LOTS of training before meeting Kelsey. He even did two weeks at board and trains. Plus I've paid for programs and hired professional trainers. All that plus the time I've put in myself. So he had a good foundation. But he had trouble relaxing. So he couldn't go to breweries/cafes and when friends came over he would constantly be pacing and whining/barking. Kelsey took his base training and did what I like to call "broke him like a horse". He was capable of doing place for 1-2 minutes. Kelsey got him up to 20-30 minutes by the end of the week. Blue didn't want to listen to Kelsey on the first day when she was upping his place time, but Kelsey just made him do it 😂 He was fine with it by the end and his training has filled out so much since Kelsey started with him. Thanks so much Kelsey. Oh also Kelsey LOVES your pet. You can trust her with your pup because you know she really really cares about them.
