Collar Club Academy truly came through for us, when we were at our wits end. My mom lost both her husband and elderly dog the same year last year leaving her by herself. So after a few months we purchased a Morkie (Lily) as she desired to have another dog for companionship. Well, after 1-1/2 months, things were not going well, house training was a disaster and this little one pretty much ruling the house. This left my mom frustrated, exhausted, and done with all of this. WE NEEDED SERIOUS HELP if this was going to work for her. After interviewing several trainers, being quite skeptical, I finally narrowed it down to this one after several prior conversations with Nikki. I was especially impressed when I saw their training facility. After one month of boarding and training Lily came back home to my mom and what a difference it has made, truly an answer to prayer. Lily now is a submissive dog who knows her place in the pecking order of the household and is so much easier to work with. House training is now under control with great structure and results. What a difference and worth every penny! My mom now has the k-9 companion she can work with and had hoped for. If you're looking for a dog trainer who is compassionate, professional through & through, knows what they are doing, and truly cares about your k-9 family member, let me say I totally recommend this one! So happy I landed with this one. Thank you Nikki and The CCA!

I have a 7yo (F) Pittie with severe separation anxiety and poor social skills. She usually doesn't do well with other people but I have to board her when I leave town and when I take her to the Collar Club she seems excited to see them at drop off and is in no rush to leave at pick-up. They tell me that for the most part she gets along well with the other dogs and does with the staff, even the new ones. I am sad that I have to board her (i have 2 other dogs in home that neighbors will care for) but I am glad that she has such a wonderful place and people to go to. I highly recommend them.

Wow… What a fantastic experience! Nikki and her staff are amazing. First of all, they answered all of my questions before we ever got started. We had an initial interview for Nikki to get to know my dog and get an idea of what our needs were. I had a different dog when we left our first training session! Nikki’s focus was on how Duchess learned and how to keep her attention, and it paid off big time. I saw significant improvement each and every time we met. Duchess has gone from leash pulling, barking at just about everything, and unable to even go to a dog park, to one of the best behaved dogs everywhere we go! I am so happy with the results and cannot recommend the Collar Club Academy experience enough. If your dog needs that extra attention, Nikki is the person to call!

Lora and Nikki and the Collar Club Academy team are compassionate dog experts who helped me navigate a difficult situation with a rescue they’d previously worked with. Being able to turn to them as a resource while we tried to figure out what was going on with our new dog was invaluable. And man oh man, we didn’t know how trained he was! They’d done an amazing job training him to know his boundaries. I can’t say enough nice things about this training academy—they know their stuff.

I can’t say enough great things about Nikki and The Collar Club Academy! Our puppy was hyper, refused to obey, and wasn’t learning anything we tried to teach her. I had lost all hope. When I first thought about training our puppy, I wasn’t sure who to trust or where to go, but after a strong recommendation from a friend who told me I could trust her completely, I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! Nikki is incredibly experienced, caring, and responsive. She truly understands dogs and their behaviors, and her ability to train is nothing short of amazing. Our once-stubborn puppy has transformed into a well-behaved, obedient companion, and I’m beyond impressed with the results. If you’re looking for a trainer who not only gets results but also genuinely cares about your dog’s well-being, I highly recommend Nikki. She’s the best, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our pup’s training!
