The Canine Ranch

Was very excited to start the basic agility class tonight. Showed up to find nobody there. The agility trainer told me I was at the wrong place and to go the “fun” class. I went to the fun class to find nobody there and the class was not happening. I signed up and paid for the BASIC AGILITY CLASS. After I signed up a staff member called me and asked a few questions to make sure I was in the right class. They confirmed I was. I even called TODAY (03/03/2025) to confirm my class and they confirmed it. When I was leaving the “fun” class that was never happening. i saw there was only the agility trainer and one other car there; so not a big class agility class. When I spoke with the owner Elizabeth, she stated, multiple times that she wanted to make it right. Well the right thing to do would had been do the session that I showed up and paid for since she and the other trainer was there. She did give me a refund and offered me a free private session. But I would rather pay double the price for a private session if I did not feel belittled by the agility trainer and did not waste my time. I would give this place zero stars but please do yourself a favor and try another place for sports training. I would not want someone show up and no class happening and to feel belittled by a trainer and an owner. The positive to this experience is that I found out this place is not for my dog and I and we found out quickly. We will be taking our money and memories somewhere else.
