The Canine Ranch

This business is a complete disappointment. I scheduled 1 hour a month ago for my dog to swim in their pool and I lost a half hour because there was no ladder in it for me to get out. I let that go. I scheduled a month in advance for an hour today in the pool. I call this morning to make sure there's a ladder in the pool so I can get out and not lose time and the person that answered the phone refused to put one in. She didn't offer any alternatives she just canceled the appointment. I scheduled this for my birthday and for Nixie's birthday. I called back to see if they could fit her in at another time and they refused to answer the phone. I've been going there for years with things like this on and off. It is very unprofessional and it will be the last time I deal with the place.
