I looked around Chicago for a comprehensive training program for our 1 yr old dachshund, Basso, and didn’t find anything that seemed like a good solution until I talked with Raza. We’d done some lessons with Basso when he was a puppy, but he would not reliably respond to commands (at least not without a treat), and had started becoming leash reactive towards other dogs, children, and sometimes people. He was also often a reluctant walker - sometimes lunging, and sometimes planting. We sent Basso to The Canine Club Bootcamp. Raza spent a ton of time with us before explaining everything about the program, sent lots of videos on his progress during the program, and then spent a lot of time with us afterwards to “train us”. Basso came back with great responsiveness to commands, virtually no reactivity, and with great leash skills - no more pulling or planting! We now use Raza for home boarding when we’re away where he can continue reinforcing Basso’s training. And best of all, Basso is beside-himself excited every time we drop him off with Raza so we know he’s happy when we’re away (plus Raza sends video updates so we don’t miss him quite as much).
