I have a 3 months and one week old puppy and he is licking everything... excessively. What to do
Well, there are many reasons this could be happening...I wish there was an easy thing I could tell you. It could be a medical issue, it could be he hasn't been taught not to yet...at 3 months old puppy classes are really really important. I would highly recommend them. Veterinary Behaviorists say that the most important thing you can do for the life of your puppy is get him into a well run puppy class. We also help with being individual behavior issues, so we could see the licking or ask more questions or observe and make a much better educated answer for you with solutions. We have a 6 month Shepard mix. He needs help with jumping and listening. Do you offer classes and what would the cost be. I am thinking of giving the classes as a gift.
Hi, Karla! Sounds like he'd be perfect for the Impulse Control class! Very reasonably priced, only $125 for 6 hours of training.

Our dog is now in his 5th class here.Katie, Lori and Erika are the best trainers we have ever dealt with. Their knowledge and love and compassion for dogs definately show.We would not consider going anywhere else with our dog for training.

I was looking for a positive training group near me in To assist me in training my next service dog. Before I could attend a class, I had a very tragic accident and had to use their board and train option through one of their trainers. To make a long story short, I fell in love. I have had difficulties because of my recovery and everyone with whom I've had in her actions has been compassionate, caring, and involved not only with the training of Gabby, but concerned about me and our families various situations. I love Katie's vision, I've become friends with Kristen not only as a trainer, and as the only person I would trust my dog with for boarding, but also as a very precious friend, and I've enjoyed Eric's exuberance about all things dog. Even the ones that are administring the office, Liz and Becky, have been joys to work with. While Gabby was offset for the service dog training program timing, they have agreed to help me as she progresses with private lessons. I would strongly recommend this group for anyone with any type of dog goals because you will learn to love your dog, to understand her dog better, and to build a bond that will last for the life of your dog. I am so tickled to a found this place. I am looking forward to years of interactions with the wonderful classes that they have and being part of canine campus's family.
