Finding a place and people you can trust with your dog isn't always easy, especially when you want to ensure they receive the right care, patience, and attention. With Bruno, our experience at The Big Giant Paw was truly a great decision. From the very beginning, their communication made us feel comfortable and at ease. Karla was always very clear in explaining everything and answering any questions we had. During training, Gaby sent us videos and updates of Bruno, something we greatly appreciated because we could see his progress and feel involved in the process. We've noticed a significant improvement in Bruno, especially during walks and in how he reacts to different stimuli. He's now much calmer, more attentive, and more obedient.
