The Barking Lot

I have or had at the point that I was taking my dogs or was going to take my dogs to the parking lot for boarding for 3 days, I had never taken my dogs to a place like that before. I have two Chihuahuas. One is extremely skittish. The minute you walk in the door it is so loud in that place the dogs are barking they're all in one room made of concrete or something that just echoes and echoes. I asked the guy I said is it like this all the time in here does it ever quiet down and he said no so that was not a good place for my dogs if I would have left my dogs there I'm sure that my skittish one probably would have been a bit traumatized at the end of 3 days. She was a little traumatized just after the 2 hours that I left them there just to see how they would kind of fit in or or do at the place. The people were very nice and I do trust that your dogs would be taken good care of, but like I said if you have skittish dogs is probably not the place to go. I did not end up leaving my dogs there. If your dog likes to be around other dogs and noise doesn't bother it then by all means. I'm sure that would be safe there

What a great place for dogs!! Doggy play dates and field trips??? My 3 babies absolutely love it! Two have only been to a day care a couple times a few years ago and one is from SCRAPS, so no clue what his history was. The first day they were super excited and had a blast! Only 4 hours and they were happily worn out. Far more telling is what happened when we pulled up on the second day!! All three, and my youngest is 6- years old, hopped out of the car with excitement and were pawing at the gate to go in!!! They didn't even know that there was going to be a field trip!! Thankfully, they didn't decide to just move in and stay forever. :) They were actually happy to see me when I came back 4 hours later and so ready for their naps!! The Barking Lot is doing great things. They assist rescues with kennels at a vet low cost and enjoy giving back to the community. When a business supports local nonprofits, they should be elevated because they're doing such good work for the community. Additionally , this staff and management really care about the animals in their care. You can't go wrong using this facility for your beloved pet! Highly recommend!
