We couldn’t be happier with our experience! Leaving your dog with someone else is never easy, but Joe made the entire process so reassuring. From day one, he kept us updated and genuinely cared about Bitsy’s progress. Bitsy made incredible improvements during her stay through positive reinforcement, patience, and consistency. One of the biggest highlights was seeing her meet so many different dogs and actually make friends. Watching her build confidence around other dogs and learn how to socialize has been amazing and is something we’ll always be grateful for. It was obvious that Joe took the time to understand Bitsy’s personality and worked with her at her own pace. You can tell this isn’t just a job to him—he truly cares about every dog that comes through his program. He was always willing to answer our questions, provide updates, and give us the tools to continue her training at home. We can’t thank Joe enough for everything he’s done for Bitsy.
