Joe made our dog, Rocco, feel safe and comfortable from the start. His patient, kind, force-free approach was exactly what Rocco needed to begin working through his reactivity. While we know Rocco still has a journey ahead, we’re very pleased with the training and support Joe provided. He also taught me practical techniques that I can continue using at home. i can’t recommend joe enough! he worked with both of my dogs using positive reinforcement training, and what really stood out to me was how much he focused on helping them regulate their emotions and reactions, rather than simply correcting their behavior. joe was incredibly patient and never forced either of my dogs into situations they weren’t comfortable with. he took the time to understand each dog individually, built their confidence, and allowed them to learn at their own pace. you could genuinely tell that his priority was making sure they felt safe, comfortable, and understood throughout the entire process. the difference i’ve seen in both of my dogs has been amazing. they’re learning how to handle distractions and big emotions in a much healthier way, and i feel like i understand them better as well. joe didn’t just train my dogs, he taught them skills that will help them throughout their lives. if you’re looking for a trainer who truly cares about the emotional well-being of your dog and uses compassionate, effective training methods, i cant recommend Joe enough!!
