LOCATED ON THE MORRIS FAMILY PROPERTY IN MIDLOTHIAN, TEXAS, OUR FACILITY OFFERS SPACIOUS KENNELS (4'X4'X6' AND 4'X'6'X6'), CENTRAL HEAT AND AIR, 24-HOUR VIDEO SURVEILLANCE, LOCKED GATES, AND 1/2-ACRE PLAY YARD. THE FACILITY IS ALWAYS KEPT CLEAN AND SANITIZED. WE SPECIALIZE IN BASIC DOG OBEDIENCE, WHICH INCLUDES, "SIT, STAY, DOWN, PLACE, AND COME WHEN CALLED." WE ALSO RESOLVE BEHAVIOR ISSUES, SUCH AS EXCESSIVE BARKING AND SEPARATION ANXIETY. OUR TRAINING TOOLS INCLUDE A REMOTE-COLLAR FROM E-COLLAR TECHNOLOGIES THAT USES LOW-LEVEL STIMULATION AND A HERM-SPRENGER PRONG COLLAR. BOTH PRODUCTS ARE SAFE AND EFFECTIVE AIDS FOR DOG TRAINING AND ARE

I have trusted 2 Great Dane puppies with Matt and his team. Great Danes are notoriously hard headed and can be difficult if not trained and socialized properly. Matt taught them how to be gentlemen on the leash and behave in public. Because of The Balanced Canine these boys are regulars at tennis tournaments and people always comment on how well behaved they are! Not only are these fabulous dog trainers but also amazing human beings! All of our future pups will go to The Balanced Canine!!
I had my rescue dog trained with TBC for two weeks and it made a world of difference. Responsive and thorough - Matt worked with me as well to ensure I was able to keep up with her new skills and checked in regularly during training as well as excellent follow-ups. Matt helped us with our COVID foster fail who lacked socialization in 2020. When we wanted to add a new puppy to our home this year I knew we HAD to consult with Matt. Matt gave the ABSOLUTELY best advice and training refresh during our consultation. I had spent days researching how to introduce dogs and it didn’t even come close to the information received in an hour session with Matt. Chance went from anti social territorial first encounter with his new little sister to an even calmer dog than we had before. We were really nervous to add a new puppy with our 12 year old dog and could not have done it without Matt’s help.
