What a gem of a find! My boy, Brogan, was fine as a youngster, but along came COVID & I found myself with a 3 y.o. extremely reactive dog. I worked with him on my own, but without success. Enter TEAMWORKS! I enrolled in a leash reactive class based on Mike Wallace's recommendation after meeting Brogan (age 4 by this time). Mike's relaxed & knowledgeable guidance has been so helpful! He always took Brogan where he was & offered instruction fitting to improving & moving forward with our issues. We have a way to go, but I feel I have the tools to help my dog be a better pup. When Brogan is more comfortable around other dogs, I plan to enroll in other classes at Teamworks. Thank you, Mike, for getting us onto the right road (& introducing Brogan to one of his new favorite toys!).

I hate that I have to give teamworks a 1 star review but unfortunately my pup and I had a 1 star experience. We dropped our dog off right before a holiday weekend for a 7 day board and train. This was my first time going to Teamworks so I was expecting a tour, maybe a quick conversation about what I wanted them to really focus on. Instead I checked in, gave them the paperwork, and then someone came from the back took the leash out of my hand and walked away. She didn't introduce herself to me, she didnt even try and pet my dog. She just took the leash and walked away. And while I understand they were probably busy because it was right before a holiday weekend, a quick introduction is just simple customer service and courtesy. As I said this board and train was only for 7 days so I wasnt expecting a full on miracle but I made sure I referenced on the paperwork that I really wanted our dog to stop jumping on people. He's only 7 months and already 55lbs so he's going to be a big boy. So if they only focused on that I would've been thrilled. When I went to pick him up the first thing he did was jump on me. They told me to keep practicing what they taught in the videos but the video quality was just okay and I found the instructions a little hard to follow. All in all I spent a lot of money just to board my dog and for him to get some extra play time, I would not call what I received "training"
