Jaden has been a perfect trainer to help me and Bambi. Bambi is a little terrier mix who needed to have her impulse control managed. My goal was to be able to let her off leash to play with other dogs and to have her obey my command to not take off; also to not bark at dogs she doesn't know while on our walks. Jaden has taught us both the importance of me being the Alpha dog and that Bambi is part of my pack. Jaden has taught the importance of consistancy, practice, patience, reward. I am not only very grateful to Jaden, but am very impressed with her. She seemed to understand this little fiesty terrier and our particular situation (I am an 85 year old granny with a not quite 3 year old pup!! ). Also, am amazed at how well training by zoom worked. Bambi had to respond to me rather than an in perspon trainer. Would happily and easily recommend Sam Ivy and particularly Jaden. thank you.

My dog Russell and I had a great experience with Sam Ivy Dog Training. Jaden was an excellent trainer patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She helped us learn effective techniques to reduce our dog’s aggression and reactivity when strangers enter our home and on walks. Russell has shown a lot of improvement and I feel more confident managing his aggressive behavior in the future!

Today marks exactly 8 years since Knoxwell became a part of my family. Today also happens to mark his final training session with Jennifer K., our WONDERFUL trainer! Knoxwell and I moved in to a new apartment about a month ago. While Knox was home alone on our third day living here, a plumber attempted to enter my unit and Knox showed his teeth before the man was able to walk through the door. Knox had behaved similarly in the past and it was a part of the reason I’ve kind of sheltered him. I finally said that enough was enough and I searched for a training program that would help me get rid of that behavior. I decided to go with Team SamIvy, and I’m very glad I did. Jennifer helped me realize that, like any sentient being, Knox has boundaries and he will respond to anything or anyone pushing those boundaries how he best sees fit. Jennifer trained me on how to correct Knox’s behavior. And in a matter of a week (about two training sessions), I started seeing positive results! There is still a lot of work to be done to get Knox exactly where I want him to be, but not only do I have access to all the zoom recordings with Jennifer, I also have her as a contact for any questions I have that will help me continue to train him. Jennifer did an absolutely wonderful job, and I am very happy with the results! Thank you Jennifer!
