Working with Allie was incredible, we spent six sessions working with our dog on coexisting with our cat. In those six sessions we have had wonderful results and are more confident than we could have ever imagined we would be. Allie answered all our questions and took the time to learn and understand our dog and as well as us as the owners. I recommend anyone who enters this program to work with her.

Allie was absolutely phenomenal. From the very first session, it was clear how knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated she is to both the dogs and their owners. I came into training with a lot of questions (probably more than most clients!), and Allie never once made me feel rushed or like I was asking too much. She answered every single question thoroughly and made sure I truly understood the “why” behind everything we were doing. Her training style is incredibly thoughtful and effective. She took the time to really understand our dog and gave us clear, practical steps that actually worked. In just six sessions, she helped us get our dog to a point where she can safely and calmly be around our cat, something that felt completely overwhelming before we started. That progress alone speaks volumes about Allie’s skill and dedication. What really stood out to me was how invested she was in our success. She went above and beyond at every step, was extremely responsive whenever we needed guidance, and made sure we felt confident continuing the training at home between sessions. If you’re looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and genuinely cares about helping you and your dog succeed, Allie is the one. I cannot recommend her highly enough. We were skeptical at first having it as a virtual service, but talking to different people at the company and reading all of the reviews, we decided to do it. We got paired up with Hollie, who is amazing at what she does. She was very patient with us and all of the questions we had. She really explained not just how to do things, but also why things needed to be done the way they were explained. Our Moe is definitely a work in progress, but we have learned the the tools to keep working towards the goals that we have set. We now know that we can get there with him!! Hollie will also text us randomly in between sessions to see how things are going. If you have any questions, she texts you back very promptly. I would highly recommend Sam Ivy to help train your dog!! ( and a bonus if you get Hollie!!). I’m sure all of their people have been trained very well, so they are all probably very good. It is great when your personalities really mesh like ours did!! Thank you Hollie and Sam Ivy for a wonderful service!!

We had such a great experience with SamIvy dog training! We worked with our puppy Theo, and our 8-year-old dog Bruno and the training techniques worked so well for both of them. Bringing a new puppy into a home with an older dog had me feeling pretty stressed and overwhelmed, but the training made such a difference. It was really helpful learning how to train a new puppy while also reinforcing good habits with our older dog. Our trainer, Ryann was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and gave us practical tools we could start using right away. Even though the training was on Zoom, it felt very personal and supportive. Because of Ryann’s help, I feel so much more confident having two dogs and managing their training and behavior. We’ve already seen great improvements with both Theo and Bruno. I’m so grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone looking for dog training!

My husband and I were at a loss on how to manage the escalating aggression between our two female dogs—a German Shepherd and a Siberian Husky. We found SamIvy and were paired with Holli K., whose expertise and guidance made an immediate impact. Through her knowledgeable and unique training approach, Holli empowered us to take the lead in establishing clear boundaries and reinforcing consistent commands. As a result, we are now able to confidently manage tense situations and have effectively eliminated the aggression between our dogs.
