Teacher's Pet K-9 School

I’d like to change my earlier post review! I did response back from Kim with an apology! She explained that she had not realized that we were not happy with the class for our puppy and felt that it was it was to advanced for her age! I thanked her and did express that I knew she loved her job and was very passionate about it and that I admired her for that! I was very happy and appreciated that she gave me a full refund! Kim is knowledgeable, flexible, supportive, and fantastic! Her decades of experience come through in everything she does. She's incredibly patient with both dogs and people. I've seen her spend 10 minutes just making sure a dog was comfortable with an agility obstacle before asking them to try it. She answers any and all questions that come up during classes and patiently talks through any issues or challenges. Our rhodesian ridgeback loves going to daycare and agility each week, and he boards with Kim (whom he adores) any time we are away. There's no one we trust more with our precious furbaby!
