We left our puppy, Zelda, with Courtney for a 2 week board and train session and she learned so much!! She is a terrier with a high prey drive (and a short attention span), and I feel that Courtney really took her breed into consideration when teaching her the basics. Zelda is listening to us much better now, walking better on a leash, and is doing much better with distractions. Courtney even sent us daily pics and videos showing Zelda's progress, which really helped us get through those two weeks without her. At the end of the board and train session, Courtney made sure that we left with the knowledge to continue to work with Zelda on her training at home. She also offered lots of tips and tricks that Zelda is benefiting from daily. Highly recommend Tender Care & More Training!

Truly amazing! Brought my dog Dipper for the 2 week program and it legitimately made such a huge difference. he was a good doggie going in but needed extra help with discipline, leash walking, distractions, and separation anxiety. not only did he make huge improvements on those, he also has been much more alert and disciplined on all of his commands, even ones that Courtney didn't work directly with him on. he walks on my right side, right next to me instead of pulling ahead and not paying any attention to me. He stops and sits when i stop walking. He also does not get nearly as distracted when other people/cars/dogs walk by. even went to Petsmart and he stuck right by my side! He is now able to stay at home alone without being anxious, barking, or destructive. (previously ripped up the carpet that needed to be replaced. The part that I appreciated most about Courtney was how thoughtful and truly invested she is with the dogs. She sent pictures and videos throughout of his progress, sent me home with a packet of what they worked on every day and notes on his behavior and progress. when she isn't working with the dogs directly, they get a lot of time in the field playing with the other dogs and incorporates them into other dog's training, so they are still being involved throughout the day, instead of them just stuck in their run. Seriously impressive, could not recommend enough!
