Hi Amy, <br>Thank you so much for coming forward. Couple questions to verify if we've ever met or if you've ever seen my facility or if you've ever been on a pack hike with me.<br><br>Is your dog enrolled here? No.<br>Have I ever met you? No.<br>Did you recieve second hand information from a disgruntled employee that walked out of my business on Tuesday because I wouldn't give her wed off. Yes.<br><br>Upon walking out madison promised to sabotage my business..<br><br>These claims are false and untrue to the highest degree.<br>The pictures depicted of injuries caused to dogs for both of them was an allergy to nickle in a prong collar. Not neglect, or carelessness. Both are still my clients and love me respectfully.<br><br>As far as the broken crate and kennels. Yes we have had dogs that needed to be trained better to be able to be calm in those situations and who ultimately broke a kennel. We rotate groups through hiking, naps, and training and DO NOT BOARD HERE. sometimes during the naps some dogs become restless and anxious.<br><br>I have rectified that situation by taking note of dogs who are not to be crated or kenneled, by buying all natural chews for them when they take naps and to further train them to help their anxiety.<br><br>The broken crates were still at my facility as i had not gotten rid of them yet. I had instructed all employees not to use broken kennels or crates yet they did.<br><br>I just opened this in January. Some of these pictures are from February and months prior to these claims. This employee worked for me up until this past Tuesday. I asked her to clean the nap area which would entail cleaning and throwing out all trash including broken crates yet she took pictures and used the broken crates instead.<br><br>I am completely mortified by these claims and the compilation of photos taken while I thought this employee was part of my team to make a good, safe, fun environment for the dogs yet she was working against me. I have multiple texts threads if me asking her to make sire dogs don't stay in crates for more than an hour, make sure they are exercised before being put for a nap and make sure she cleans and does her side work to ensure the safety and healthy of all dogs.<br><br>I am very transparent. Clients take a tour of the facility and animal control has come to inspect and we passed with flying colors.<br><br>As I am a new business I have learned a lot since opening to keep everything in order, clean, safe, and who to trust to hire. But NEVER EVER EVER have we been careless or neglectful of our dogs and all of my clients can attest to that.<br><br>Thanks for your feedback Amy. And for your slander campaign on Madisons behalf.
