FirstBarkTara has been wonderful to work with! Not only did she help our puppy with his obedience but she also helped our older dog with behavioral issues. Her technique is effective and impactful, our dogs left each session having learned and mastered the command. She ensured we felt confident with the commands, too. We highly recommend her!

Tara has been a major asset in helping teach our puppy Hazel the rules of the road! We got our Beagle puppy Hazel when she was just two months old. Shortly after taking Hazel home we contacted Tara to help us train on everything from basic commands to leash walking. Hazel quickly became potty trained thanks to Tara and her extremely helpful tips! Having never raised a puppy before, all of this training was brand new and Tara was patient and professional and really made sure everything was done correctly. Every single session was a new trick learned, and with our puppy quickly grasping the commands, we were able to take what we learned with Tara and incorporate it into our every day lives. We continue to use Tara and her service to this day, and refresh on commands learned day one, as well as move our way towards more advanced commands which we want to be able to teach our dog. I could go on and on about the amazing things we have learned from Tara. In summary she is professional, patient, offers outstanding advice, custom trainings, and never leaves a question unanswered! Myself and my girlfriend both highly recommend Tara for any training you may need for your dog! We will continue to use her service and recommend it to others in need.

Tara’s been training our golden retriever puppy since the week after we brought her home. It’s been so helpful in learning techniques that promote good behaviors. She’s flexible and great at communicating. And she’s done great at socializing our puppy to- has great ideas on how yo get her a bunch of positive experiences early on. I couldn’t be happier with our choice.
