Tandem Dog Training, LLC

I did the doggie university training but my 7 month Labrador. When we took him there he had no impulse control, pulled the leash the whole walk and just thought commands were a suggestion. Nicole helped me learn the techniques needed to ensure he knew what I expected of him and now he walks on the leash like a dream, doesn’t pull at all, listens to me much better and has learnt the boundaries we hoped he was going to learn. We are still continuing his training at home (as expected) and she’s very good with answering any questions and with the follow up care, for example we have a class with her Saturday to just reinforce somethings he has learnt. I also feel like she gets to know your dog properly and learns what’s best for them and how to train them best. I have recommended her to any of my friends with dogs who need a little extra help with their pups.

We can't say enough about how pleased we have been with the training our Springer Spaniel, Beau, received from TDT. Nicole was able to make so much progress with Beau in just a couple of weeks. He takes walks with us without the pulling, doesn't bolt out the door, and stays with us in the yard. As he is a puppy, he still has a some attention issues (those silly birds) but no where near what he was like and we have been given the needed training to continue to work on distractions ourselves. I have two dogs Daisy a 2 year old Lab/Great Pyrenes and Sadie a 7 year old German Shepherd. I lived in the country and the dogs had the run of the place. They were not terrible but they could definitely use a little more training. I was moving into Minot and was concerned about the way the dogs behaved and wanted to find some help in training them a little better. I did some searching on the internet and found Tandem Dog Training and Nicole. I contacted Nicole before I moved and set up to start their training after I moved into Minot. Finding Nicole was the best thing that I could have done. I was amazed at the difference in walking the dogs after the first training, after 3 weeks the dogs have come a long way and Nicole gave me the tools and confidence to continue the training now that they are done with the program. I also like that if I ever have a question or concern Nicole is there for us. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tandem Dog Training and Nicole.
